After a chance encounter with a mysterious stranger, a young boy is given the tools to get back at his adolescent tormentor and must decide how far he is willing to go for revenge.

After getting beat up outside of school by his older brother Ron, a young boy named Richie wanders through the back alleys of town until he comes upon a makeshift shack and is beckoned inside by the hand of a mysterious stranger. Later at home, Richie looks in the bathroom trash bin and finds a wad of Ron’s pubic hair. Making sure the coast is clear, Richie sneaks the pubic hair from the trash can into his pocket. Ron falls ill shortly thereafter, and we see Richie put the pubic hair to use as he constructs a magical totem to curse his brother. The conversation in the shack between the mysterious stranger and Richie is revealed. The stranger calls himself “Papa Voodoo” and instructs Richie on how to fashion the doll with which to curse his brother, making him weak enough to kill. With Ron immobilized the tables are turned – Richie stands over his bed-ridden brother in total control. Now he must decide whether to forgive his brother or take his revenge.
