In a snowbound village in Northern Iran, Ehsan’s brother returns from the hospital gravely ill. As a mysterious deer linked to an ancient death legend appears, fear spreads. One night, the deer comes to their window, prompting Ehsan to brave the forest in a desperate bid to save his brother.
An exploration of how superstition can affect a family. Ehsan is an Iranian boy who lives with his family in a village. His brother is getting worse from an illness they can’t cure and Ehsan will try to defend him from the ghostly deer that might come for his soul.
Ehsan, a nine-year-old boy in a remote Iranian village, realizes his younger brother is dying despite his family's efforts. Believing in a tale of a death angel in deer form, Ehsan sees a deer at the window and ventures into the snow to protect his brother from it.
Ehsan a nine-year-old boy lives with his family in a far village in the north of Iran. His younger brother has a serious illness that can not be cured by doctors. His family does their best to help their child out but it does not work out and he gets worse step by step every day. Ehsan’s family does not let him know about his brother’s health and he himself figures out what is happening. Ehsan feels his brother is going to die .by and old story he believes that a death angel comes to get his brother’s life in deer shape. When Ehsan sees a deer at the window at midnight, he decides to go out to the guardhouse in the snow not to let the deer take his brother’ life.
