Ghost story produced by the Children's Film Unit. Two young girls, both called Emily are both lonely and unhappy with their lives: living in a country house in different times, one in 1906 and the other in 1992. They gradually realise that they have a psychic connection, which they use to resolve their problems and difficulties in a very surprising way. A brilliantly dramatised production, which shows that a ghost story does not have to be frightening or horrifying to entertain. Of extra interest to viewers living in Suffolk, as it was filmed at Stoke By Clare College; the closing credits say that the Haverhill and District Operatic Society and Clare Amateur Dramatic Society were involved.
